The mission of Americom Inc. provides basic quality continuous educational enhancement programs such as:

Teaching - ESL classes for parents and other adults,citizenship, Health, Financial litracy, Awareness and crime prevention.

Tutoring - After school thro SES services, Summer school.

Training - Employment and skill gaining training is provided to the newly arrived individuals and families.

Advocacy- information and healthy advice to the community is an integral part of our mission.

Through it’s ongoing aforementioned immense diverse basic educational services and commitment to connect new immigrants to main stream America , Americom Inc. is always a bridge and an available reliable true catalyst for creating fostering linkage among new immigrants, refugees, businesses and educational, health and financial institutions.

Organizational goals:

1. To recognize and support the needs of the new immigrants and refugees and thence develop them through education to smooth transition to the main society.
2. To provide through modern technology practical skills and educational literacy and job training to the community members that prepare the newly arrived individuals and families to prosper in the world of work.
3. To bring in: Educational, cultural, economic, social, recreational encouraging and motivating programs and services to meet the changing needs of individuals in a multicultural community
4. To foster an environment that values humanity, encourages education, appreciates and understands the essence of diversity.
5. To enhance our community develop and strengthen partnership with industry, primary and secondary education, business, labor, other community organizations. And government to support/enhance economic development of our service community.
6. To collaborate with our community, understand them and satisfy its needs and expectations and provide broadened learning opportunities for individuals and families and deliver quality educational services through creation of strong community outreach programs within all available resources.
7. To encourage management policies that demonstrates organizational integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
8. To find a convenient community center that provides learner-attracted environment and will enable us smooth delivery of highly needed services that will assure new- comers immediately attain their educational goals.
